Spont Pty Ltd ("Spont", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, hold, use, disclose and protect your personal information when you use the Spont platform (the "Service").

While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no online service can be guaranteed 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with our legal obligations (including a minimum of seven (7) years for tax and financial records under Australian law), to resolve disputes and to enforce our agreements.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

The Spont Service is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when it was last changed. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice.
